New Orleans Map and Directions to NFC

  

From New Orleans International Airport:

  • Leaving airport, take Airport Access Road to I-10 East.
  • Take I-10 east seven miles to I-610 split.
  • Go 12.7 miles on I-610, which later merges with I-10 again, to I-510 (Exit 246A).
  • Refer to last section of directions below to get to Michoud Assembly Facility.

From downtown New Orleans or the French Quarter:

  • Drive away from the Mississippi River on Canal Street to I-10 overpass at Claiborne Avenue.
  • Right on Claiborne and drive seven blocks to I-10 entrance ramp.
  • Take I-10 east for approximately nine miles to I-510 (Exit 246A).
  • Refer to last section of directions below to get to Michoud Assembly Facility.

From Slidell, LA or points east:

  • At Slidell, proceed on I-10 west across Lake Pontchartrain.
  • After crossing the lake, go approximately eight miles to I-510 (Exit 246A).
  • Refer to last section of directions below to get to Michoud Assembly Facility.

To reach Michoud Assembly Facility from I-510 (Exit 246A):

  • From I-10 go south on I-510 to Exit 2C (third exit).
  • Veer left when exit splits and turn left onto Old Gentilly Road.
  • Go east 0.7 miles to Michoud Assembly Facility on the right.
  • Turn right at blue sign marked Bldg 350-Visitor Parking.
  • Go into lobby and check in with receptionist.
